At Smiles For Miles, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your tour booking. However, as a small business, we rely on tour payments to cover our operational expenses. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:
All deposits made for tour bookings are non-refundable.
30 days or more prior to departure : Loss of deposit.
15-29 days before departure : 30% of tour cost or deposit, whichever is greater.
7-14 days before departure : 50% of tour cost or deposit, whichever is greater.
6 or fewer days before departure : 80% of tour cost or deposit, whichever is greater.
48 hours or fewer before departure : 100% of tour cost.
Tailor-made tours may be subject to alternative cancellation terms, which will be communicated to clients at the time of booking.
1.All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the person who submitted the booking form.
2.Please send an email to your designated contact at SmilesForMile.com, with a copy to info@smilesformile.com
Once the tour has commenced, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion or part of the tour or services.
1.Any changes to the tour or early departures are at the expense and liability of the client.
2.Clients must communicate in writing to SmilesForMile.com. Their reasons for departing the tour early.
